Prior to joining Arcadea, Heshan was a Business Development Associate at Equiton Capital, where he worked alongside four wholesalers selling Equiton funds to Investment Advisors across Canada. In addition, Heshan developed and maintained relationships with C-Suite executives across numerous investment firms’ nationwide.

Heshan graduated from the University of McMaster with a Degree in Economics. Heshan competed in the Premier Soccer League of Ontario (PSL) and part of various soccer academies.
