Prior to joining Arcadea, Matt was an Origination Manager at FirePower Capital, where he built strong C-suite relationships for FirePowers M&A, Private Equity and Venture Debt businesses. Matt was an instrumental member of creating FirePowers Buy-Side practice, building a sales team and client book spanning some of Canada’s most active acquirers.

Prior to FirePower, Matt was an Associate at NEI Investments where he worked alongside three wholesalers selling NEI funds to Investment Advisors across Ontario. Matt earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from UOIT and graduated with Presidents list distinction.
