Prior to joining Arcadea, Thomas worked at TorQuest Partners, a leading middle-market private equity firm based in Toronto, where he was involved in a number of investments in a variety of sectors, working directly with Paul Yancich, co-founder of Arcadea. Prior to TorQuest, Thomas worked at the investment banking division of Barclays in Toronto. At Barclays, Thomas was involved in M&A transactions across a broad set of industries within the Diversified Industries Group.

Thomas holds an Honors Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business and a BESc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario.
