Emre Gucer

Director, Investment Development

Emre cultivates relationships with founders, brokers, and financial partners to drive organic and inorganic growth for Arcadea. Emre also leads the evaluation and identification of investment opportunities globally, and acts as the firm’s primary contact in Europe.

Experience

Prior to joining Arcadea Group, Emre spent five years at Constellation Software, where he drove deal origination for its operating unit Volaris. He has been in team lead functions for three years, building origination teams for sub-entities such as Vencora.

  • Bachelor of Political Sciences and Economics from the University of Münster, Germany
  • MBA from the University of Toronto.
