Ryan oversees Arcadea’s value creation & operational excellence initiatives both for our portfolio companies and Arcadea itself. Ryan is a member of our Senior Leadership Team and serves on Arcadea’s Investment Committee.
Experience
Ryan spent the early part of his career as a software developer, writing code for a variety of vertical markets, including first responders, residential real estate, and the public sector. Over the course of his career, Ryan has led and developed unparalleled expertise in every area of software, serving as a senior leader for engineering, product, managed services, sales & marketing and support functions. Most recently, Ryan was the CEO of a high performing EdTech software business focused on the US higher education & trade school subsectors. Ryan’s deep understanding of best practices for modern software companies provides a meaningful leverage point to achieve operational excellence across the Arcadea portfolio. Leveraging permanent capital, a specialist in-house value creation team, and a unique approach to growth & operations, we help VSaaS businesses accelerate growth and achieve their full potential over decades.
