Prior to joining Arcadea Group, Thinisha was an equities analyst for three and half years at Gluskin Sheff + Associates (acquired by Onex), one of Canada’s preeminent wealth management firms for high-net-worth individuals. At Gluskin Sheff he was responsible for identifying and investing in high quality public equities. Prior to starting full time at Gluskin Sheff, Thinisha completed two internships there as a public equities co-op student.
