James cultivates relationships with founders, brokers, and financial partners to drive organic and inorganic growth for the firm. James also supports the evaluation and identification of investment opportunities and themes for Arcadea.
Work Experience
Prior to joining Arcadea Group, James was an M&A Manager at Constellation Software, where he supported the evaluation and identification of investment opportunities for Constellation's agricultural portfolio.
Prior to Constellation, James worked as Revenue Lead at CAP UK.
Education
James holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Cumbria, UK.
